Precision Equipment
Our CNC cutting table handles glass sheets up to 120 by 84 inches and maintains tolerances of +/- 1/16 inch on every cut. Whether we are cutting a simple rectangle, a perfect circle, or a custom arch shape, the computer-controlled diamond cutting wheel follows the programmed path with repeatable precision.
For production runs, CNC cutting eliminates the variability of hand cutting and ensures every piece in a batch is identical. This matters when you are installing multiple panels side by side in a storefront, office partition, or glass railing system where even small dimensional differences become visible.
Our Capabilities
From simple rectangular cuts to complex shaped panels with drilled holes, polished edges, and specialty treatments -- our fabrication capabilities cover every glass processing need.
CNC and manual glass cutting to exact dimensions with tolerances of +/- 1/16 inch.
Raw cut glass edges are sharp and dangerous. We finish edges to your specification: seamed (safety), flat polished, pencil polished, beveled, or ogee.
Precision drilling for hardware mounting holes, cable pass-throughs, and decorative applications. Notching for hinges, clips, and special fittings.
Custom IGU fabrication with dual-pane or triple-pane configurations. We seal each unit with argon or krypton gas fill and your choice of spacer system for.
Heat-treatment tempering that makes glass 4 to 5 times stronger than standard annealed glass.
Two or more glass layers bonded with PVB or SGP interlayers to create safety glass that holds together when broken.
Edge Finishing
The edge finish on your glass affects both safety and aesthetics. A seamed edge is the minimum for safe handling, while a flat or pencil polished edge creates a clean, transparent finish suitable for exposed glass. Beveled and ogee edges add a decorative touch for tabletops and mirrors.

Custom Processing
Glass hardware requires precise hole and notch locations. Whether it is a countersunk hole for standoff hardware, through-holes for cable railings, hinge holes for frameless doors, or corner notches for patch fittings, we drill and notch to your exact specifications.
All drilling and notching must be completed before tempering -- once glass is tempered, it cannot be modified. We verify every hole position and notch dimension against your drawings before the glass enters the furnace.
Tempering Process
Tempering transforms ordinary annealed glass into safety glass that is 4 to 5 times stronger. The process involves heating the glass to over 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit and then rapidly cooling both surfaces with high-pressure air jets. This creates compressive stress on the surfaces and tensile stress in the core, making the glass significantly stronger and causing it to break into small, blunt fragments instead of dangerous shards.
Building codes require tempered glass for doors, showers, glass near floors, and overhead glazing. ASTM C1048 sets the standard for tempered glass quality.
Once tempered, glass cannot be cut, drilled, notched, or modified in any way. All fabrication must be completed before the glass enters the furnace.
Tempered glass withstands much higher impact and thermal stress than annealed glass. When it does break, it shatters into small granular pieces instead of jagged shards.
Glass Comparison
Both laminated and tempered glass are classified as safety glass, but they behave very differently when broken. Understanding this difference is essential for selecting the right glass type for your application. We fabricate both types and can advise on which is appropriate for your project.
Insulated Glass
An insulated glass unit (IGU) is two or three panes of glass separated by a sealed air space filled with argon or krypton gas. The gas fill and Low-E coatings work together to reduce heat transfer through the window, cutting heating and cooling costs.
We fabricate custom IGUs with your choice of glass type, thickness, spacer system, and gas fill. Whether you need a single replacement unit to match your existing windows or a full set of IGUs for a new construction project, we build each unit to your exact specifications and seal it to industry standards.
Why Choose Us
CNC and manual cutting to +/- 1/16 inch tolerances. Every piece is measured and verified before leaving our facility.
We fabricate clear, tinted, Low-E, mirror, patterned, laminated, and tempered glass. Whatever your project requires,
Standard cuts in 3-5 business days, tempered glass in 5-10 days, laminated in 2-3 weeks.
From 6-inch cabinet glass to 120-inch wall panels. Rectangles, circles, arches, trapezoids, and custom templates. If you can draw it, we can cut it.
Five edge profiles to choose from: seamed, flat polished, pencil polished, beveled, and ogee. Machine-finished for consistency and safety on every piece.
Cutting, edging, drilling, notching, tempering, laminating, and IGU fabrication all under one roof.
Every piece is inspected for dimensional accuracy, edge quality, and defects before packaging. If a piece does not meet specifications,

Glass Types
Standard transparent glass available in all thicknesses. The base material for most residential and commercial applications. Can be tempered, laminated, or coated after cutting.
Heat-treated to be 4x stronger than standard glass. Required by code for doors, showers, railings, and any glass near floor level. Must be cut to size before tempering.
Two glass layers bonded with a PVB interlayer. Holds together when broken for safety and security applications. Available in clear, tinted, and decorative options.
Invisible metallic coating that reflects infrared heat while allowing visible light through. Reduces energy costs for windows and doors. Available as hard-coat or soft-coat.
Glass with color added during manufacturing for solar heat reduction and privacy. Available in gray, bronze, green, and blue tints in all standard thicknesses.
Float glass with a reflective silver coating. We cut mirrors to any size and shape, with polished or beveled edges for decorative and functional applications.
Ultra-clear glass with reduced iron content for maximum transparency. Eliminates the greenish tint visible on thick standard glass edges. Ideal for tabletops, shelves, and showcase applications.
Glass with decorative surface textures including rain, reed, cross-reed, hammered, and frosted patterns. Used for privacy partitions, cabinet doors, and decorative applications.
How We Work
Provide your dimensions, glass type, thickness, edge finish, and any special requirements. We can also measure on-site for complex projects.
We review your specifications, confirm lead times, and finalize the order. For complex projects,
Your glass is cut, edged, drilled, and processed to specification. Tempered glass goes through the heat-treatment furnace. Each piece is measured and inspected at every stage of processing.
Every piece undergoes final dimensional verification, edge quality inspection, and visual inspection for defects. Pieces that do not meet our standards are re-fabricated before packaging.
Custom glass is packaged in padded A-frame racks for safe transport. Pick up at our facility or we deliver throughout the DMV. Installation services are available if you need a complete solution.
Applications
